THE OUTREACH COMMITTEE IS COLLECTING BACKPACKS

Outreach is collecting backpacks and school supplies for kids in need at Shelter Network. Please feel free to bring them to the back of church anytime during the month of August.

If your family is new to St. Denis Church or Our Lady of the Wayside Church, you are encouraged to register in our parish community so that we may have your mailing address. The Parish Registration Form is available at the back of the church or you can download a form here.


THE PARISH LIBRARY BOOK CART

The Parish Library has a book cart at the rear of the church near the organ pipes. There are many great titles for your perusal. Look them over and check one out!



  • IS GOD CALLING YOU TO BE A CATECHIST?

    Would you like to make a difference in the lives of our children of the Parish? Is God calling you to volunteer your time to help teach our children? We have openings in all grade levels for catechists for the 2010-2011 school year. Training will be provided at a gathering on Sept 26th after the 9:30 Mass.     WOULD YOU LIKE TO EARN SERVICE HOURS BY SERVING AS AN AIDE IN THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM?

  • Religious Education Registration

    We have a new and easy registration system for the 2010-2011 Religious Education year! NO PAPER! Please put your child's grade in the "additional information" box. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration so be sure your email address is correct before you submit the form.

    Payment can be submitted 2 ways: (and sent now or at a later date)

  • Put it in an envelope marked "Religious Education" and put it in the collection basket at Mass or drop it off at the office between 9-12 or 1-5 Monday to Friday.
  • Mail it to:

  • MASSRIDE – A NEW COMMUNITY OUTREACH SERVICE IS BEING OFFERED

    Ride share service to weekend Masses at St. Denis and Our Lady of the Wayside. Over twenty people have already volunteered to be drivers. We need two days advance notice to assign volunteer drivers.

    Call the St. Denis office, (650) 854-5976, M/F, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, or (650) 323-1172, anytime.

    Drivers can stay after Mass for social hours (coffee/donuts) for a limited time.

    Canes and walkers okay.
