Students in St. Denis Confirmation class participate in a "Strengthsquest
Retreat" at Vallembrosa Retreat Center in Menlo Park.
This year's Confirmation retreat theme is
"Living Your Strengths – Discover Your God-Given Talents."
All First and Second Year Confirmation students are invited to attend. Students will receive a book and an online code to take the Clifton Strengthsfinder survey. All results should be emailed to rlyon.stdenis@gmail.com by January 3, 2010. It is not necessary to bring the books to the retreat, but please bring the printout of your "Top 5" and the explanation of them which you will receive once you complete the survey.

We will begin promptly. Students may be dropped off at the front entrance where there is 15 minute parking.

Drop off your children in front of the mansion at the main entrance (circular drive)
We will be in the Serra Room
Retreat Schedule:
11 am Gathering and opening prayer
11:30 Lunch in Cafeteria
12:15 Return to Serra Room
12:30 Clifton Strengthsfinders Presentation by Sr. Celeste Arbuckle and
Vivian Clausing of the Archdiocese of San Francisco
1:30 Breakout groups
2:00 Re-convene as a group
3:15 Mass with Father Jose
4pm Dismissal and Pick-up
(Students will be put in groups of 8-10 with one chaperone per group.)
