Dear Parishioners,
On January 31, 2010 we had the Portuguese/Spanish dinner at the Parish Center. I heard from many of the participants that they had a wonderful evening, excellent food and good company. I would like to thank the two organizers, Silvia Vonderlinden who took care of the Portuguese part and Roy Sardina who took care of the Spanish part. They both belong to the Pastoral Council. I would like to thank the many volunteers who helped them. I would like to thank Sr. de Chantal who helped with the shopping and the arrangement of the Hall. Thank You!
This Sunday commemorates the World Day for Consecrated Life. The Archdiocese of San Francisco is richly blessed by the generous, dedicated, and selfless service and witness of numerous women and men Religious. We shall remember in our prayers all the Religious women and men who serve our Archdiocese and we shall also pray that we have many more vocations to Religious Life. Our Parish is blessed with the dedicated and selfless service of Sr. de Chantal. I am very grateful to her for her ministry in our parish. Thank you!
